
Manifest your new Life
Manifestation is a powerful tool to work and change anything that you want to get rid of in this life. In the end we create our world with our mind. There is something called “negativity bias”, which explains a tendency we human beings all have to give more weight to negative experiences, information, or emotions than to positive ones. This can lead to more stress and it can absolutely impact your mental health. To start manifesting your new life, you can start by practicing gratitude. As a second step you can reframe your current thinking patterns by first of all becoming aware of them. What do you tend to see negative? Being aware of the negative views you have, helps you create space for a new positive view. I will teach you everything around manifestation, there is lots to explore.

Change your mind, change your life
This is one of my most favorite quotes. It is like a mantra to me and I know it works as I did change my life by changing my mind. It sounds simple and you might think, this is no news. However, really doing it and really actually changing your mind, is not done in a day. It takes a lot of practice, repetition, it takes a new view as you cannot change your mind out of the old view. There is much more to it than just some little thoughts you are changing by changing your mind. It really gives you a new way of thinking and with this a new life.

Take control of your mind
One way to start to control your mind is by realizing how many thoughts are going through your head that are not positive or in some way critical towards yourself. Remember that this voice is not you. You are the pure soul and body where your soul is living in. These thoughts are just a part of you, a part of – usually – your past that are in your head over and over again. These can be thought patterns, old beliefs or actually also trauma. Knowing that these thoughts are not you, let’s you see that they cannot take control over you, because they are only part of you and not your complete pure you. To actively control what you think and actually start to realize how many unnecessary things you are thinking through the days will help you create some space in your head. Every time an unnecessary or self-destructive thought is coming up, hold it in loving way and give it back to the old version of you, for example. You will see that your current you is much freer and happier when you can start to think new thoughts that you actually want to think. You will create space to set new goals and pursue your dreams.
