Heal trauma with your mind
You can, for example, change your mind with meditation and mindfulness. This means, you go into meditation and find your place of stillness. This can happen just by thinking nothing or by following a breathing pattern (like Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and repeat) or by just following your natural breath. Or if you don’t like to focus on breathing, focus on a mantra like ‘I love myself’ or ‘love is all we are’. Whatever makes sense to you. While you are doing this in your meditation, there will be thoughts arising. There might be thoughts of trauma, or somehow related to the trauma as it changed your brain to think a certain way. Just put the thoughts that are coming up aside without judgment and gently return to your meditation. Go back to your breathing or to your mantra or simply to your place of stillness in your meditation.
In meditation you can rewire your brain to respond less to stress and trauma triggers. Over time, it helps you to reduce the automatic reactions the brain has to traumatic memories and forms new circuits in your brain that create a space you can use to actually create something in this world.
Instead of going into meditation you can also change your trauma with your mind by visualizing a place of positive experience very time your trauma comes up. In this moment, picture yourself free from trauma in a state of safety and peace. See yourself moving through the world without trauma in a loving and safe place without fear and only happiness and joy. The more you do it, the better you can rewire your brain to form new circuits.

Healing manifestation
A healing manifestation can, for example, look as follows:
Visualize yourself fully healed, being happy and free from anything you want to get healed of.
If you are healing from trauma, imagine yourself free of trauma in a safe and peaceful place where you can be happy and free, free from the past.
If you are healing physically, envision your body fully functioning in an optimal way. Visualize your sells to be rejuvenating and visualize how energy flows freely in and around you.
Seeing yourself vibrant and healthy, feeling light and energized makes you become this person the more you do it.
Also, you can visualize yourself in a golden healing light. Gold being the highest power of healing light. Make sure it is no work. Visualization can end up quickly feeling like work. If it does feel like work, let your guides do the work and only direct them what they shall do. So you actually only watch what is happening. This makes it easier to stay out of it and just be in the flow of what happens.

There is always time to heal from anything. No matter what.
There is no one time for healing.
There is no estimate I can give you for healing.
Healing is the individual process that takes exactly the time you need. And only you.
Listen to yourself. Your intuition will tell you what you need.
