
Healing Meditation
There are no limits in meditation. I connect to the angels in every meditation. I connect to the healing potential out there and to oneness in everything. Once you see the beauty in meditation, you will never stop.
A healing meditation for me involves being one with the whole. Being part of the universe. Feeling the connection to everything there is and melting into that oneness while drifting away in space. Feeling the unknown, the uncontrollable, just letting it flow. This is how it is for me. I know exactly where to go and connect within seconds to this oneness because I am used to it.
Practice is key with meditation.
You usually start little with guided meditations and once you have a lot of fun with it you might start to meditate on your own. During the day I do mini-meditations connecting to the oneness with open eyes so I don’t lose the connection. In the morning and/or in the evening II have my music with me in my meditations floating away for a deep meditation in the oneness, in the field where everything is possible and everything is not known.
Being one with all the possibilities available to us.
There, I usually get unexpected messages or clearance about things in my life. I get a sense of direction and usually know better where to go next, what the right thing is for me and what to do.
A meditation cannot be “right” or “wrong”, it can just be good for you and only for you.
You have to decide for yourself what is right for you.
Only out of this self-love place you will find healing in the meditation. Explore, be curious and find out for yourself what is the right way of meditation.
The healing takes place when you let go of your ego, when you let go of your thinking and believes making you think that you need this and that to be happy, when you feel the beauty of oneness, interconnectedness in this meditation.
Healing takes place when you open your body up in a meditation by following your body parts, giving space to each body part that feels tight or disconnected. Just stay as long as it needs with a body part until this part feels connected to you again.
Healing takes place when you stay with each chakra 1-7 for as long as you want and feeling each chakra and the space outside of your body around the chakra, giving space to each chakra and releasing energy out of each chakra, connecting each chakra with the other.
Healing is limitless.
Meditation is limitless.
Meditation for sure is a great way of finding the healing you are seeking. You are your own master and you can connect to your healing whenever you want and whenever you are ready. Trust that you can do that. Everyone can do it. It is not only a thing for so-called “spiritual people”, whatever you think those people are.
It is for everyone. Like healing is for everyone. Life is for everyone. No one is better than the other.
We are all connected. We are all one.

A Script for a Healing Meditation
I can give you a script for a healing meditation to start with. Change it over time and make it your own script.
Find a comfortable place where you are not distracted. Fnd a comfortable position, either sit or lie down. Close your eyes.
Start by simply following your breath. Don’t change anything. Just notice your breathing. Acknowledge where you are right now. How do you feel, what are your emotions? Don’t try to change anything. Just simply notice what is going on.
Practice gratefulness for yourself and everyone around you. Be grateful for what you have and where you are in your life. Be grateful for being here on this world, being allowed to breathe, having been given this body as a gift in this life. Cherish what you are, your whole being, your whole aura, energy and your body. Just be grateful for every bit of your body. Stay with your body and the gratefulness for your body as long as it feels good.
If you have problems feeling grateful for a specific part of your body, be kind to yourself and stay with these parts even longer until you feel a sense of connection to this part and a sense of love to this part. Consciously send some love to the parts of your body that need love at the moment. Stay with this love as long as it feels good.
Once you feel the love for your body and yourself, connect to the universe. Feel how small you are in this big world and how you are a part of this big universe. Feel how the universe supports you in every aspect of your life. How it gives you air to breathe, food to eat, light to see, water to drink, trees to hug. See the beauty in nature. How the animals are part of this nature and how we humans are part of this universe. See how everything is connected. Stay with this connectedness as long as it feels good.
Once you are connected, feel that you are one with everything. There is no real separation between you and the rest there is. Stay with this oneness as long as it feels good.
In this oneness and in this universe of the unknown you will be able to receive messages of the universe which are important for you.
Slowly come back to your body and stay in this oneness during the day as long as you can. ENJOY!

Healing Meditation with Spiritual Leaders
Use the spiritual leaders for your own growth, don’t give them any power, just take from their teaching what you want to learn and what you feel is right for you.
I don’t believe in authorities. I don’t believe in real teachers or any superiority in any way of anybody. So I encourage you to stay critical with anyone trying to teach you anything as being right or wrong. Only you can decide for yourself what is right or wrong. No one else has any power over you unless you let them.
So don’t let them and keep you own power where you pick out the best of everything and make your own truth. Because, let’s be honest, there is no one truth, there is only the one truth for you. So stay true to yourself. I myself, learned a lot of various teachers and random people that I respect for what they are saying or doing. This is it. Not more. I am my own spiritual teacher. So please, trust that you can be your own spiritual teacher too and go for what you think is right.
